We are pleased to announce version 3.10 of Gimmal Physical, which adds support for storing boxes at Iron Mountain facilities. Users will be able to view, request, transfer and return boxes to Iron Mountain directly from the Gimmal Physical user interface.
In addition to Iron Mountain, updates have been made to the Laserfiche integration to support their latest SDK. With the integration, users of Laserfiche can search, view, and request physical records without leaving the Laserfiche application.
Several performance improvements have also been made to both searching and reporting, along with minor improvements to the web application to enhance the user experience.
