K. David QuackenbushPresident  Mr. Quackenbush brings extensive experience leading IT services organizations to Gimmal Group and has led organizations with revenues in excess of $100MM. His experience includes leading high-growth companies, building successful solutions and focused services in established companies. Prior to joining Gimmal, Mr. Quackenbush was the President of CPSG, a nationally recognized consulting firm focused on delivering high-quality consulting services within the Identity Management and ERP space. Prior to joining CPSG, Mr. Quackenbush held executive leadership positions with Comsys, Lante Corporation, Luminant Worldwide, Align Solutions and BSG. He began his career with Arthur Young (E&Y). In addition to leading and managing organizations, he has led merger and acquisition activity on both the sell and buy side of IT services companies. He is broadly experienced in the energy industry and has led energy-focused initiatives in the E&P, pipeline, energy services, utility and retail sectors. Mr. Quackenbush co-chairs the Emerging Technology Council of the Houston Technology Center. Mr. Quackenbush graduated with a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is involved in a variety of community service activities, including Child Advocates Board of Directors, Nottingham Civic Association Board of Directors, and a member of the Memorial Drive Methodist Church Board of Stewards.
Michael R. Alsup Senior Vice President  Mr. Alsup has been a leader in Enterprise Content Management and Records Management for more than 30 years. He spent his early career with Accenture and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He was a co-founder of two successful Content Management companies, BSG Consulting, and Align Solutions, which went public as Luminant Worldwide. At both of these companies, Mr. Alsup led Content Management teams in the development of solutions for a wide variety of clients. He is a graduate of Rice University and has an MBA from the University of Texas. He is a past Chair of the AIIM Emerging Technology Advisory Group (EmTAG). He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the AIIM International Board of Directors, as well as the Boards of several community and civic organizations. He was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner for 2008.
Cynthia WoodVice President of Sales and Marketing  Ms. Wood spent her early career in the energy industry at Sun Oil (later Oryx) and Intergraph Corporation working with geographic information systems, imaging, document management and computer-aided drafting and design systems to support upstream exploration and production. She has broad experience in professional services and system integration through business development, principal and prior leadership roles with Complete Business Solutions (CBSI), Xcelerate and Luminant Worldwide. She is an active member of AIIM and serves on the Education Advisory Committee as well as ARMA International. Local and civic interests include the Houston Technology Center, Rice Alliance, and Girl Scouts USA. She holds a BS in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a certificate in Finance and Accounting from Rice University.
Danae StephensonVice President of Administration  Ms. Stephenson has more than 17 years of experience in professional services, specializing in Resource Management and Operations with companies such as BSG Consulting, QED Solutions and Align Solutions, which went public as Luminant Worldwide. Her experience includes resource staffing, professional development, compensation analysis and administration, benefits, recruiting, employee relations and facilities management. She also spent several years consulting in the Planning and Project Management areas with BSG and Lockheed Engineering and prior to that in the banking industry. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Houston and is active in several community organizations.
Nancy BraticGeneral Counsel  Ms. Bratic is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Gimmal Group and has more than twenty years of experience as a corporate and technology lawyer, including more than fifteen years as an in-house technology lawyer. She was formerly the general counsel of Luminant Worldwide Corporation, a publicly-traded, Internet and systems integration consulting firm, and held similar positions with Align Solutions Corp. and BSG/Alliance IT, Inc., formerly BSG Consulting. She began her legal career at BakerBotts, where she was a corporate and securities lawyer. She was formerly a transportation planning consultant for Turner, Collie & Braden, working on mass transit and airport projects. She received a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, an MS in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin. She serves on various boards and committees of community organizations. She is the President of the Bayou City Chapter of the National Charity League, Inc. and has served in numerous parent volunteer offices at St. John's School.
